- Acknowledge <strong><u>Contract C236-2025</u></strong>, Change Order #1 (FINAL) to Contract C460-2024 with King Construction Co., Inc., reflecting "As Bid" versus "As Constructed" quantities for a bridge replacement project on NW 35th over a tributary to Soldier Creek. This change order provides for a construction cost decrease of $5,561.59.
- Consider approval to issue a Request for Proposal for the construction of tennis courts and amenities at Kossover Tennis Center.
- Consider approval to amend the previously approved Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services to prepare the Play Land area for installation of playground equipment and safety surfacing to include additional related construction elements. Funding from the Gage Park Sales Tax Funds.
