Consider approval of <strong><u>Resolution No. 2025-59</u></strong> expressing the intent of the board to issue Shawnee County, Kansas Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds - West Ridge Renovation Project -Phase I, in the estimated aggregate principal amount of $48,000,000.00, and enter into a lease purchase agreement with Dream Big Partners, LLC.
2. Approval requested to award bid and execute <strong><u>Contract C303-2025</u></strong> with Landmasters, LLC for concrete replacement at the Shawnee County Household Hazardous Waste facility at a cost of $49,123.20 utilizing the Sold Waste Operational fund, which is user-fee funded.
