Consider approval of Contract C359-2025, Change Order No. 2 to Contract C284-2025 with Mammoth Sports Construction, for the addition of concrete for the walk. Increases agreement by $3,540.00, to be paid from the Gage Park Sales Tax Funds. — Parks + Recreation
Consider approval of Contract C353-2025, a new lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, to lease seven 2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT AWD vehicles to Community Corrections to proceed with updating its agency vehicles. Ninety-two percent of the lease is paid through state grant funds.
Consider approval of Contract C363-2025 with Landworks Studio, LLC. to award the Department-wide Master Plan Update project.
Consider request to award bid for RFP #049-25 and execute Contract C364-2025 with Gardner Roofing for roof replacement on the mansion at Old Prairie Town. The $62,600.00 project cost will be funded with the department’s 3R Funds.
Consider request to award bid for RFP ##050-25 and execute Contract C365-2025 with Gardner Roofing for the siding replacement and repairs to the Lake Shawnee Golf Clubhouse. The $66,521.00 base project cost will be funded with Golf Course Revolving Funds.
