Utilizing the Metro Vehicle Bid, a contract that is open to members of any chapter affiliate of the NIGP, the total cost will be approximately $521,003.04 to be funded with 2026 Capital Outlay Funds.
Consider approval of Contract C432-2025, Amendment #2 to Contract C14-2023 with Meri-Crete, LLC, a renewal through December 31, 2026, for providing general concrete services. — Parks + Recreation
Consider approval Contract C436-2025, an amendment to the agreement with the Sunflower Foundation, related to grant funding for SCHD's Targeted Intervention and Prevention Strategies (TIPS) project to implement overdose prevention and harm reduction strategies in Shawnee County. — Health Department
Public Hearing and consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-95 expressing the intent of the Board to issue Shawnee County, Kansas Taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds and enter into base lease and lease purchase agreement with Johnson - Betts Meadows, LP.
Consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-96 expressing the intent of the Board to issue Shawnee County, Kansas Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds and approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond trust indenture, a base lease and lease agreement with AFAD, Inc.
Consider approval of Resolution No. 2025-97 expressing the intent of the Board to issue Shawnee County, Kansas Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds and approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond trust indenture, a base lease and lease agreement with BHI Development, Inc.
Consider approval of Contract C448-2025, a new agreement to lease 5 vehicles from Enterprise Fleet Management for the Shawnee County Health Department at a total annual cost of $24,603.84, to be paid out of the departmental budget.
Consider approval to award the bid for RFP #053-25 and execute Contract C447-2025 with Meri-Crete LLC for miscellaneous concrete construction at Gage Park’s Play Land. The $194,736.50 project cost will be funded with Gage Park Sales Tax Funds.
