1. Consider authorization and execution of <strong><u>Contract C2026051</u></strong> with Eagle Technologies for the renewal of HPE Hardware Technical Support for the period May 12, 2026, through May 11, 2027, at a cost of $1,917.14 with funding through the 2026 Court Administration budget. — Court Administration
2. Consider authorization of year 3 payment to ThinkGard, LLC for the purchase of backup and disaster recovery services at a cost of $119,700.00.
3. Consider a request to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the purchase of one (1) Class I Electric Motor Lift Truck for use at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility. Funding will be provided through the Solid Waste Operational Fund, which is 100% user-fee funded.
4. Acknowledge that the Sheriff's Office is renewing the Canon lease for printers and copiers at the LEC, Couthouse Security Office and the Offender Registration Unit. The 63-month lease, <strong><u>Contract C2026057</u></strong>, will be at a cost of approximately $2,626.00 per month and will be paid for out of both budgeted and ORU funds.
5. Consider approval of KDOT's "Authority to Award Contract" (<strong><u>Contract C2026053</u></strong>) for a bridge replacement project on NW Valencia Road over the Silver Lake Drainage Ditch, and approval to commit $339,000.00 in matching funds to the project. The county's matching funds will come from the County Bridges portion of the 2017-2031 Countywide Sales Tax Program.
