Consider approval of Contract C2026062, Change Order per Shawnee County Contract C401-2025 with Mammoth Sports Construction for the addition of rock and nailer boards as part of the Owner’s Allowance. The contract will decrease by $2,358.00 from the Parks for All Foundation Funds committed. — Parks + Recreation
Consider approval of Contract C2026060A3, an amendment to Contract C25-2021 with Campspot acknowledging a change from the standard package to the growth package which eliminates all fees charged to the Campground and instead charges guests at checkout. — Parks + Recreation
Consider approval of Resolution No. R2026032 authorizing the issuance of an estimated $6,000,000.00 aggregate principal amount of Shawnee County, Kansas, Taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (GEN III Project) and execution by County officials of the underlying base lease, lease, bond indenture and related documents in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds.
Public Hearing and consider approval of Resolution No. R2026031 expressing the intent of the Board to issue Shawnee County, Kansas Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds and enter into a lease agreement with Big Heart Pet Brands, Inc.
Consider approval of Contract C2026058A1, a correction to Contract C2026040 which was approved by the BCC on February 12, 2026 with the Office of Judicial Administration, to accept a Specialty Court Funding Award for Drug Treatment Court. The original Funding Award Agreement listed the amount as $30,000.00 and the amended amount is $29,680.00 due to a calculation error. — Court Administration
Consider approval to award the bid for RFP #004-26 and execute Contract C2026066 with Henderson Fence, Inc. for the construction of fencing and columns at Gage Park’s Play Land. The $51,413.20 project cost will be funded with Gage Park Sales Tax Funds.
Consider approval to award the bid for RFP #005-26 and execute Contract C2026065 with Natures Image Aquatic Design, LLC. for the restoration of the Doran Rock Garden waterfall feature at Gage Park. The $123,727.00 project cost will be funded with Gage Park Sales Tax Funds.
