1. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026141</u></strong> with Logicalis for a 3-year renewal of Meraki Systems Manager Enterprise Device Licenses, which are used to support County cell phones, at a cost of $21,191.50 using the Cisco NASPO contract for Kansas. — Information Technology
2. Acknowledge <strong><u>Contract </u></strong><strong><u>2026143A1</u></strong>, covering Change Orders #1 and #2 (FINAL) to original contract C369-2022 with Emcon, Inc. of Berryton, KS. These change orders reflect "As Bid" versus "As Constructed" quantities, deleted and added work, and a COT reimbursement for a six pump station project within Lake Sherwood's Sewage Treatment System.
3. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026144A1</u></strong>, a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment to Contract C2026021 with KBS Constructors, for the Site Package portion of the Gage Park Carousel Renovation Project which includes demolition, utilities, railroad track work, earthwork, drainage, and site preparation.
4. Consider approval of Contract C2026140 with WeBuildFun, Inc., utilizing the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for purchasing benches for Gage Park Playland. The attached proposal of $114,573.00 will be funded from the Gage Park Sales Tax Funds.
