2. Acknowledge the Sheriff's Office request for approval to enter into a 3-year contract, Contract C2026149 with Clifford Power Systems, to provide maintenance and services for the tower site generators. The contract period will be from 05/01/26 to 04/30/29 at a total cost of $22,311.00. The sole source purchase is to be paid utilizing 911 funds.
3. Acknowledge <strong id="isPasted"><u>Contract C2026147A2</u></strong> covering Change Order #2 (FINAL) to Contract C198-2025 with King Construction Co., Inc., reflecting "as bid" versus "as constructed" quantities for a bridge replacement project on SW Jordan Road over a tributary to the Wakarusa River.
4. Consider approval to award bid (#011-26) and execute <strong><u>Contract C2026152</u></strong> with Curb Appeal Power Wash for pressure washing services related to Parks + Recreation facilities and park assets at a rate of $97.00 per hour.
