5. Consider approval of Close-Out Amendment No. 1 (<strong><u>Contract C2026177A1</u></strong>) to USDOT Grant Agreement (<u>Contract C267-2024</u>), relating to a FY23 Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning Grant. The grant project was completed in late 2025. — Public Works
