  1. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026198</u></strong>, an Independent Contractor Agreement with Elizabeth (Betsy) Skinner, for Professional Pharmaceutical Consultation services for the Shawnee County Health Department to serve as a Pharmacist-in-Charge.
  2. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026195</u></strong>, Memorandum of Agreement with Fleet Feet Topeka, to host the Big Run event at Lake Shawnee Shelter 3 and surrounding trails on June 4, 2026. — Parks + Recreation
  3. Acknowledge that the Sheriff's Office will be entering into an agreement, <strong><u>Contract C2026193</u></strong> with AT&T, reference C88-2018 NG911KS, for them to aid in the reconfiguration of the Main 911 Dispatch Center. The cost will be approximately $25,200.00 and will be paid for out of 911 funds.
  4. Consider approval of payment for the annual Commander-One software renewal, <strong><u>Contract C2026192</u></strong> with Federal Signal Corporation for the outdoor warning sirens in the amount of $5,512.50. — Emergency Management
  5. Consider approval of <strong data-pasted="true"><u>Contracts C2026188</u></strong> through <strong><u>C2026190</u></strong> with Enterprise Fleet Management to take advantage of Resolution 2018-22, Early Order Strategy, to replace vehicles that have reached the end of their lease or end of their useful life. The annual increase is expected to be approximately $38,962.00 funded from the Department’s Operating Budget. Deferred from May 21, 2026.
  6. Consider approval to award Shawnee County RFP #015-26 for Professional Pharmaceutical Consultation Services to Elizabeth (Betsy) Skinner.
  7. Consider approval to award bid #016-26 and execution of <strong><u>Contract C2026199</u></strong> with Safe Slide Restoration for slide restorations at Midwest Health Aquatic Center at a cost of $89,277.00 to be paid by the Parks For All Foundation.
