  3. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026204</u></strong>, an independent contractor agreement between Shawnee County and Elite Edge Construction LLC for $9,526.00 for the construction of a storage room at the Shawnee County Health Department, J.P. Lewis Building. — Health Department
  4. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026201</u></strong> with Mythics for the renewal of the Court's Oracle Database Appliance Support. This renewal will run for a period of one-year from August 31, 2026, through August 30, 2027, at a cost of $2,455.83 with funding through the 2026 Court Administration budget. — Court Administration
  5. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026200</u></strong> with Advantage Software Inc. for the annual renewal of Anytime Support on EclipseVox for two (2) licensed users for the period July 29, 2026, through July 29, 2027, in the amount of $849.00 each for a total cost of $1,698.00 with funding from the 2026 Court Administration budget. — Court Administration
  6. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026202</u></strong> with GameTime for the purchase and installation of sway benches for Gage Park utilizing the Omnia Cooperative. The $9,855.80 cost will be funded through Gage Park Sales Tax Funds. — Parks + Recreation
  7. Consider request to purchase a small floor scrubber from Pur-O-Zone at a cost of $24,980.00 utilizing funds from the small item CIP Fund. — Stormont Vail Events Center
  8. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026207A1</u></strong>, an amendment to Contract C524-2025 with Schurle Signs, to extend the completion date for the new entrance sign construction at Gage Park. — Parks + Recreation
