5. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026238</u></strong>, the annual subscription renewal for the Community Development Software with MCCi, LLC in the amount of $40,147.43 using the Land Records Fund. – Information Technology
6. Acknowledge receipt of correspondence from the Sheriff's Office regarding the renewal of Contract C450-2025 through Motorola for the Vigilant Solutions Investigative Data Platform Software subscription, <strong><u>Contract C2026226. Cost of $14,790.00 to be paid out of the departmental fund.
7. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026236</u></strong> with Eagle Technologies for the annual renewal of Comm Vault Extended Warranty for the period July 17, 2026, through July16, 2027, at a cost of $9,362.26 with funding from the 2026 Court Administration budget. — Court Administration
8. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026237</u></strong> with DLT Solutions, LLC for the annual renewal of TOAD Data Modeler for the period September 30, 2026, through September 30, 2027, at a cost of $178.38 with funding from the 2026 Court Administration budget. — Court Administration
9. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026230</u></strong>, an amendment to Contract C339-2025 with Norris Survey, which sets a not to exceed amount for additional survey services for the Playland Project. — Parks + Recreation
10. Consider approval of KDOT's "Authority to Award Contract" (<strong data-pasted="true"><u>Contract C2026244</u></strong>) for a curve improvement project on NW 42nd Street at NW Rossville and NW Carlson Roads, and approval to commit $76,000.00 in matching funds to the project.
