  1. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026252</u></strong>, a new yearly service agreement with Century Business Technologies to provide service and maintenance for three existing printers purchased for the Treasury division, as well as a service agreement and a new printer for the motor vehicle division. — Treasurer's Office
  2. Acknowledge the request of the Sheriff's Office to execute <strong><u>Contract C2026249</u></strong>, an Independent Contractor Agreement for Chaplain Services with Everett Ledbetter. The agreement cost will be $500.00 a month plus mileage, and will be funded from the Sheriff's Office budget.
  3. Acknowledge the Sheriff's Office is renewing their annual maintenance agreement, <strong><u>Contract C2026247</u></strong> with CBS Manhattan, LLC, for door access control and maintenance at a cost of $38,857.00, utilizing budgeted funds.
  4. Acknowledge <strong><u>Contract C2026248</u></strong>, renewal of Contract C193-2023 with Kester Animal Clinic, to provide veterinary service and boarding. The 3-year renewal and all necessary expenses will be paid for out of yearly budgeted funds. — Sheriff's Office
  5. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026021A3</u></strong>, a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment for the renovation of the Gage Park Carousel Project. The amendment totals $4,441,026.00 and establishes the Guaranteed Maximum Price the contract shall not exceed.
  6. <div class="fr-temp-div">Acknowledge <strong><u>Contract C2026246</u></strong>, Amendment No. 2 to the City of Topeka Contract 49064 and to Shawnee County Contract C485-2020, to formally recognize the legal name resulting from the merger of Valeo Behavioral Health Center and Family Service & Guidance Center into a unified organization operating under the name Astra Mental Health & Recovery, Inc. — Sheriff's Office</div>
