5. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract </u></strong><strong><u>C2026293</u></strong> with Jackson County covering the shared cost of a "county line" project.
6. Consider approval of <strong data-pasted="true"><u>Contract C2026292</u></strong> with Jackson County Rural Water District #1 for the relocation of an 8" waterline in conflict with a bridge replacement project on NW 78th Street over Halfday Creek.
7. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026290</u></strong>, a Memorandum of Understanding between Shawnee County Community Corrections (ISP) and Family Peace Initiative (FPI), for services during the state fiscal year 2027. The costs for programming are capped at $17,599.68. — Department of Corrections
8. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C2026291</u></strong> with Mirror Inc. to establish a Community-Based Recovery Oriented Reentry Resource Center to serve individuals impacted by substance-use disorders at a cost of $500,000.00, to be paid from the Municipalities Fight Addiction Fund (MFAF).
9. Public Hearing and consider approval of <strong><u>Resolution R2026071</u></strong> for a Major Amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to expand the boundaries and to allow construction of a warehouse, office, and additional gravel storage yard on property located at 1100 SW Auburn Road in Mission Township.
