3. Consider approval of <strong><u>Resolution R2026085</u></strong> authorizing the issuance of a business credit card with a limit of $10,000.00 for the department's Purchasing Clerk to make supply purchases for the operation of detention centers. — Department of Corrections
4. Consider approval of a request to authorize a payment of $350.00 for the final expenses of Jeffrey Ferguson (SN26-09-010). — Coroner.
5. Consider approval of a request to authorize a payment of $350.00 for the final expenses of Raymond Wooten (SN26-08-002). — Coroner
6. Consider approval of the Shawnee County 2027 Budget and CIP.
7. Recognition of Kossover Tennis Center as one of 41 winners in the USTA’s annual Outstanding Facility Awards program. — Parks + Recreation
8. Consider approval to hire a candidate for the Health Services Liaison for the Department of Corrections at Step 12 of Range 19 of the Classified, Non-Exempt Salary Scale. The total cost for salary and benefits of $119,811.56, to be paid from the department budget. — Department of Corrections
9. Consider approval of <strong><u>Resolution R2026081</u></strong> authorizing the issuance of an estimated $7,000,000.00 aggregate principal amount of Shawnee County, Kansas, taxable hospitality revenue bonds (YBR Properties WG Topeka LLC Project generally located at 1717 SW Topeka Blvd).
10. Public Hearing and considering approval of <strong><u>Resolution R2026083</u></strong> levying and assessing special assessments on certain lots, parcels and tracts of ground liable for such special assessments to pay the costs of certain street improvements in the Timber Ridge Subdivision, Shawnee County, Kansas Street Benefit District as authorized by County Resolution 2025-52; and providing for the collection of such special assessments.
11. Public Hearing and considering approval of <strong data-pasted="true"><u>Resolution R2026082</u></strong> levying and assessing special assessments on certain lots, parcels and tracts of ground liable for such special assessments to pay the costs of certain street improvements in the Timber Ridge Subdivision, Shawnee County, Kansas Street Benefit District as authorized by County Resolution 2023-8; and providing for the collection of such special assessments.
12. Public Hearing and considering approval of <strong data-pasted="true"><u>Resolution R2026084</u></strong> levying and assessing special assessments on certain lots, parcels and tracts of ground liable for such special assessments to pay the costs of certain street improvements in the Sterling Chase Subdivision No. 5, Shawnee County, Kansas Street Benefit District as authorized by County Resolution 2024-22; and providing for the collection of such special assessments.
13. Consider approval to fill the vacant Recreation Programmer, position PR1202, at Step 3, Range 13, with a candidate of exceptional experience. Funding is available through the department's operating fund budget. — Parks + Recreation
