CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $95,000.00 FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TOXICOLOGY EQUIPMENT. Presented by: Timothy Rohrig, PhD RFSC Director. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize acceptance of the grant contract and authorize the RFSC Director to sign all grant award forms and approve the establishment of budget authority as provided in the Financial Considerations section of this Request.
