CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 FOR THE SEDGWICK COUNTY DEPARTMENT ON AGING TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM, FUNDED BY THE HEALTH CONCEPTS FOUNDATION. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve acceptance of the grant and the establishment of budget authority as provided in the Financial Considerations section of this Request.
