CONSIDERATION OF AN AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,924,742 FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE SEDGWICK COUNTY HEALTH DIVISION. Presented by: Adrienne Byrne, Health Director, Sedgwick County Health Division. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the application of the grant and authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents, including the grant award agreement, and approve the establishment of budget authority as provided in the financial considerations section of this request at the time the grant documents are executed.
