CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (KDOT) IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,148,300 FOR THE FUNDING OF COORDINATED TRANSIT DISTRICT 9 (CTD 9) WHICH INCLUDES THE SEDGWICK COUNTY RURAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM AND OTHER PARTICIPATING COUNTIES.
