Presented by: Haither Zaragoza, Management Intern, County Manager's Office. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Open the public hearing, accept public comments, and close public hearing. Approve the grant application and related Agreement with the City of Wichita. Authorize the Chairman or his designee to submit the application through the Justice Department Grants Management System (GMS), execute all grant documents (as required) including a grant award agreement containing substantially the same terms and conditions as the application. Approve the establishment of budget authority at the time the grant documents are executed.
