CONSIDERATION OF GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,834,774 FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE SEDGWICK COUNTY DIVISION OF HEALTH. Presented by: Adrienne Byrne, Director, Division of Health. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the application of the grant and authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents; including the grant award agreement; and approve the establishment of budget authority as provided in the financial considerations section of this request at the time the grant documents are executed.
