CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $92,158 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) FOR COMCARE'S SAFETY NET PROGRAM. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the application for the grant, if awarded authorize the acceptance of the grant, and authorize the Manager, or his designee, to sign all necessary grant documents; and establish additional budget authority as provided in the Financial consideration section of this request. Per County Resolution 64-2013, this will be submitted to the County Manager for final approval.
