ISLAND ANNEXATION REQUEST FOR CITY OF VALLEY CENTER PURSUANT TO CITY OF VALLEY CENTER RESOLUTION NO. 654-16, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 657-16. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Find that the proposed annexation will not hinder or prevent the proper growth and development of the area or that of any other incorporated city located in Sedgwick County; and therefor approve the resolution.
