CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF A PAUL COVERDELL NATIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCE IMPROVEMENT ACT GRANT AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,448 FOR FUNDING OF SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES AWARDED BY THE KANSAS CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL. Presented by: Dr. Timothy Rohrig, Director, Regional Forensic Science Center. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept the grant award, and authorize the director to sign award forms and grant assurances (progress reports and financial related documents), and establish budget authority as provided in the Financial Considerations section of this Request.
