CONSIDERATION OF A JUVENILE ACCOUNTABILITY BLOCK GRANT (JABG) FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS - JUVENILE SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,936 FOR THE JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY .
