A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNTY COMMISSION AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE NOTICE TO THE GREATER WICHITA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COALITION AND THE CITY OF WICHITA OF ITS INTENT TO TERMINATE AGREEMENT.
