CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,287,589 FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE SEDGWICK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Presented by: Adrienne Byrne-Lutz, Health Director, Health Department. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the application of the grant; the electronic submittal of the application for the grant; and authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents; including the grant award agreement containing substantially the same terms and conditions as the application; and approve the establishment of budget authority as provided in the financial considerations section of this request at the time the grant documents are executed.
