CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $328,795 FOR COMCARE'S DUAL DIAGNOSIS PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM. Presented by: Marilyn Cook, LSCSE, Executive Director, COMCARE. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the application for the grant, and authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents, including the grant award agreement containing substantially the same terms and conditions as this application and authorize the establishment of budget authority as provided in the financial consideration section of the request.
