AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR THE IRS BUILDING AND AUTHORIZE THE ADDITION OF A CIP PROJECT TO ACQUIRE AND RENOVATE THE IRS BUILDING TO HOUSE MABCD, MAPD, THE MAIN TAG OFFICE, AND OTHER COUNTY DEPARTMENTS.
