CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT FOR 26,208 ORAL HEALTH TOOTHBRUSH KITS (VALUED AT $14,938.56) TO THE DELTA DENTAL FOUNDATION OF KANSAS FOR THE DIVISION OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
