CONSIDERATION OF A GRANT APPLICATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,237,773 TO THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE SEDGWICK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Presented by: Claudia Blackburn, Health Director, Sedgwick County Health Department. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the electronic submission of the grant application and authorize the Chairman to sign all necessary documents; including the grant award agreement containing substantially the same terms and conditions as the application; and approve the establishment of budget authority as provided in the financial considerations section of this request at the time the grant documents are executed.
