CONSIDERATION OF AN AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,529.00 FROM THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (KDHE) TO SUPPORT THE CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS (TB) IN SEDGWICK COUNTY AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize acceptance of the grant, and the establishment of budget authority, as provided in the financial considerations section of this request. Per Resolution 64-2013, this will be submitted to the County Manager for final approval and signature.
