Request for the acceptance of the dedication of the land for public easements and public street right-of-way for a final plat for Heather Ridge South, 6th Plat (FP24-0025), containing 29 lots and two (2) tracts on approximately 9.56 acres, located northwest of W. 170th Terrace and S. Ridgeview Road. Planning Commission approved the plat 7 to 0.

Request for the acceptance of the dedication of the land for public easements and public street right-of-way for a final plat for Creme De La Crème Daycare (FP24-0026), containing one (1) lot and one (1) tract on approximately 6.13 acres, located southeast of Sunnybrook Boulevard and 113th Street. Planning Commission approved the plat 7 to 0.
- H. Request for the acceptance of the dedication of the land for public easements for a final plat for Atmos Service Center (FP24-0027), two (2) lots on approximately 8.57 acres, located northeast of College Boulevard and S. Green Road. Planning Commission approved the plat 9 to 0.
