Mur-Len Road. Planning Commission recommended approval 9 to 0.
- B. Consideration of an annexation agreement with Commercial Reposition Partners 17, LLC, pertaining to the annexation of approximately 146+/- acres at the northeast corner of W. 175th Street and S. Lone Elm Road.
- C. Consideration of Ordinance No. 25-11 annexing approximately 146+/- acres, located at the northeast corner of W. 175th Street and S. Lone Elm Road (ANX25-0002).

- 1. Report on a request by Blue Springs Safety Storage South, LLC and assigns for an issuance for industrial revenue bonds and tax phase-in of a single series project. The project will entail the construction of a 62,000 square foot industrial facility located in the northeast corner of 159th St and US 169 Highway.
- 2. Report on Request by Aspen Funds, LLC and assigns for a master resolution tax abatement and issuance of industrial revenue bonds and tax phase-in for the development and construction of the first phase project (Building 1), a 217,685 square foot speculative industrial facility located near the southeast corner of Hedge Lane and 167th Street.
- B. DISCUSSION ITEMS
