9. <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><u>ITEMS FROM CITIZENS</u></span><br><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 9pt;">Rules of the Commission: Any citizen desiring to address the Commission shall be recognized by the Chair, advance to the podium, state his/her name and address in an audible tone for the record. Presentations shall be limited to five (5) minutes unless extended by a vote of the majority of the Commission. The Commission does not hear matters involving litigation or City Personnel. The Commission does not take action on subjects not on the agenda unless unusual or hardship conditions exist. Citizens may address the Commission on agenda items as they are brought to the floor.
10. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed are considered to be routine by the City Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commission member or citizen requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
