3. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a Preannexation Agreement for Lots 3–7 and Lots 12–17 in Autumn Hills Subdivision No. 1, owned by Diamond Property Management, LLC, pursuant to existing Development Agreements.
4. Consider a resolution to approve the authority to contract and commit City funds for the construction of the Transportation Alternatives project, which will build a new multi-use pathway with one segment along the southern part of West Main Street and the intersection of Main and Peter Pan (Transportation Alternative Project 063 TE-0521-01 TA-T052(101)).
5. Consider authorizing purchase of liquid chlorine for the Water Treatment Plant from Brenntag Southwest, Inc., and potassium permanganate from Univar, LLC.
