2. Consider approving an agreement between the City of Independence, the Independence Housing Authority (IHA), See-Kan Cooperative Development, Inc. (See-Kan), and 3D Homes, Inc. for the construction of a 3D printed home at 401 North 10th Street.
3. Consider authorizing a contract increase in the amount of $46,800 with Water Resource Solutions, LLC for inspection of the Verdigris River Dam.
4. Consider a change order for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.
5. Consider a change order for the Beech Street culvert project.
