8. Consideration of a Resolution adopting a Policy of the City of El Dorado, Kansas concerning Public Comment during meetings of the Governing Body and its Advisory Boards and Committees.
9. Consideration of the <span style="margin-left:0in;">demolition and removal of the condemned structures at 230 Jones, including necessary site cleanup and restoration, and to assess the eligible costs against the property in accordance with Resolution No. 3054 and Chapter 15.16 of the El Dorado Municipal Code.
