  6. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 26-3491, AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE PARCEL GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS 200 BLK SW 6TH ST FROM PREVIOUS RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO I-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ABILENE, KANSAS.
  7. Consider approval of Resolution No. 092826-4, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE KANSAS HOUSING RESOURCES CORPORATION (KHRC) FOR THE KANSAS HOUSING INVESTOR TAX CREDIT (HITC) PROGRAM.
  8. I move the city commission recess into executive session for ___ minutes to review and discuss with legal counsel the terms and conditions of certain proposed loan agreements between the City of Abilene and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, in relation to proposed loans from the Kansas Public Water Supply Loan Fund and the Kansas Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, based upon the need for consultation with an attorney for the public body which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2).
