2. <strong><u>Case No. 26-27-V: 899 Sheridan Road — Tower Road Beach Playground:</u></strong> Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed design of improvements to the existing playground located on Tower Road Beach.
3. <strong><u>Case No. 26-15-DR: 736 Elm Street<strong data-pasted="true"><u> — </u></strong>Solidcore One Winnetka:</u></strong> Sign Permit to allow installation of a back-lit wall sign for the future tenant, Solidcore, on a portion of the ground-floor commercial space within the One Winnetka development.
4. <strong><u>Case No. 25-19-PD: 901</u></strong><u>-<strong>05, 907-09, 911-13 Green Bay Road and 1007-11 Tower Court - Tower Court Condominiums Preliminary Planned Development:</strong></u> An <em>amended application </em>for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed design of a new four-story mixed-use building as part of a planned development. The Village Council has final jurisdiction on this request. This item was continued from the May 21, 2026, June 18, 2026, and July 16, 2026, Design Review Board meetings.
5. <u><strong>Case No. 26-14-DR: 564 Green Bay Road — Engel and Völkers:</strong></u> Certificate of Appropriateness to allow an alternate limestone product for the approved front facade.
