2. <strong><u>Case No. 26-23-TX: Open Space Institutional Zoning District:</u> </strong>An application seeking approval of a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and a Map Amendment. The text amendment would establish an Open Space Institutional Zoning District with associated regulations. The map amendment would amend the Village Zoning Map to apply the Open Space Institutional Zoning District to certain publicly-owned land. The Village Council has final jurisdiction on this request.
