An Ordinance amending Section 8 of the Traffic Ordinance of the City of Peoria. “Blind Pedestrians by holding out horizontally a white cane in the direction they desire to travel over crosswalks on any street, avenue, alley or other public highway in this city shall be given the right of way over all pedestrians and vehicles except those mentioned in Section 2 of this Ordinance. Any person misusing the protection afforded the blind by this Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10.00 or more than $100.00 for each offense.” Repealed by ORD 3,830
