Communication from the City Manager and Chief of Police with a Request for the Following: A. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the City Manager to Execute an INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT between the City of Peoria and the ILLINOIS SECRETARY OF STATE POLICE (ISSP), Under the Greater Peoria Auto Crimes Taskforce (GPACT) Grant, in the Amount of $2,150,700.00; and, B. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE City Manager to Execute an INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT between the City of Peoria and the COUNTY OF PEORIA (includes Peoria County Sheriff’s Office and State’s Attorney’s Office) under the Greater Peoria Auto Crimes Taskforce (GPACT) Grant, in the Amount of $2,150,700.00.
