ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2022-2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET Relating to the General Fund to Recognize the Receipt of a GRANT from the Bureau of Justice Assistance Providing the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Provision of Services to the Public from Named Line GRF-Source, from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (IDCEO), in the Amount of $3,000,000.00; and, C. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the City Manager to Execute an INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, between the City of Peoria and PEORIA COUNTY, under the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Provision of Services to the Public from Named Line GRF-Source, in the Amount of $434,877.54.
