Communication from the City Manager and Chief of Police with a Request for the Following: A. ACCEPT the FY2020 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Department of Justice (DOJ), in the amount of $58,636.00; and B. ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2020-2021 BIENNIAL BUDGET Relating to the Capital Fund to Recognize the Receipt of Grant Funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance Providing the FY2020 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG), in the Amount of $58,636.00; and C. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the City Manager to Execute an INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT between the City of Peoria and the COUNTY OF PEORIA Under the FY2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG), in the amount of $58,636.00.
