4. <span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Motion to accept proposal to provide Phase II Engineering Services for Algonquin Road Shared Use Path & Lighting Project for an amount not to exceed $245,588.00 <u>AND</u> PASS A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION THAT APPROPRIATES FEDERAL CONGESTION MITIGATION & AIR QUALITY GRANT FUNDS FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING COSTS.
