- A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CLOSURE OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ROAD AND ELMHURST ROAD (RT. 83) TO CONDUCT A PARADE. This resolution authorizes the Village to request approval from IDOT to close portions of Central Road in order to conduct the annual 4th of July parade.
