3. <span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Motion to accept the proposal from Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC of Merrillville, IN, for 2024 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events for an amount not to exceed $112,540.
