  4. <span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Motion to waive the rules requiring public bidding and award a contract for a 35' tall steel clocktower with carillon bell system from the Verdin Company of Cincinnati, Ohio for a cost not to exceed $259,650.
  5. <span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Motion to accept the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative joint bid results and authorize the purchase of one (1) Ford 350 Transit from Currie Motors for a cost not-to-exceed $43,031.
