4. <span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Motion to accept the proposal from Ciorba Group, Inc. for design engineering and construction inspection services for the Gregory Street Lighting Project in an amount not to exceed $87,771.65.
